After the extraordinary reception it received at the Cannes Boat Show, the yacht lands in Genoa to once again bring the most exclusive Italian nautical style to the stage.
The yacht M/Y Jasna is the new interpretation of the NY40 range by Nerea Yacht, featured at the Genoa International Boat Show 2025. This unique version, built for a Dubai-based owner, represents a perfect blend of aesthetic creativity, advanced technology and sartorial care in nautical construction.
The name Jasna means "clear, bright, shining," and celebrates the brilliance and formal purity that characterizes every detail of the vessel. What makes her instantly recognizable is the exclusive Prismaviolet color, an iridescent purple inspired by the optical decomposition of light: the hue changes depending on the angle and intensity of the sun's rays, transforming the hull into a living object, capable of reflecting and dialoguing with the sea and the light itself.
A livery that hints at the digital world and contemporary imagery, designed for an international generation attentive to innovation and eager for objects that tell a story of uniqueness.

Born in the Marche region, the cradle of Italian shipbuilding, Nerea Yacht is confirmed as a boutique shipyard where each boat is born as a unique piece, a synthesis of passion, design and craftsmanship know-how. The NY40 model, developed with studio IDEAEITALIA (Alessio Battistini and Davide Bernardin), at 12.19 meters long and 3.95 meters wide, can mount up to 2 Volvo Penta D6 440 hp engines, guaranteeing sporty performance and at the same time absolute comfort, thanks to a deep-V hull designed to deal safely with different types of sea.
Fluid, timeless lines, high-end finishes and customizable design solutions make the NY40 an icon of contemporary yachting. Jasna's interior is designed to offer elegance and functionality: a Bow Cabin with spacious dinette and numerous storage compartments, and an AFT cabin with two single beds that, when joined, become a large king size. Innovative materials and a color palette inspired by the dialogue between light and technology complete a refined and modern environment.
